Window Pasolini, 2014
Fabric, mirror, vase, branches, fan, light source.
Window Pasolini was created for an exhibition in a silk mill in San Vito in Northern Italy. Between San Vito and Casarsa stands a chapel in which the future filmmaker Pier Paolo Pasolini and his mother lived during World War II. The branches are from the mulberry trees next to the chapel. The wind from a fan moves the branches in the vase and their shadow on the wall.
