Temple Bar Gallery + Studios is delighted to announce artist Aileen Murphy as the recipient of the International Studio & Curatorial Program (ISCP) Residency.
Aileen Murphy will spend three months in residence at ISCP in Brooklyn, New York. This residency awards an artist with a high-quality studio, living stipend, travel costs, studio visits and off-site trips to museums, galleries and other cultural organisations. It supports the artist with significant experience on a programme designed to build international links through growing network of artists and curators who are ISCP alumni.
Aileen Murphy is an Irish artist based in Berlin whose large-scale paintings convey corporeal sensory intensities and psychological intention through colour, gesture, and imagination.
