day01. is very pleased to announce a two-person show on view from next week. 'Born in the Echoes’ will feature early lithographs by Howard Hodgkins (1932–2017) alongside a group of new works by Irish painter Diana Copperwhite. This is Diana’s first exhibition in Australia.
Diana Copperwhite’s paintings conjure emotions, standing in the echo of the brilliant British colourist Howard Hodgkin through the legacy of his rhythmic vibrant strokes and disruptions of swirls in opposing directions.
